16일 경주 블루원리조트 특설경기장에서 열린 pba 21-22시즌 블루원리조트 투어 개막전
남자 128강전에서 베트남 특급 마민캄(신한금융투자)과 유투부 시청자 1만 2천명을 자랑하는 당구 인플루언서 해커가 얼굴을 알리지 않지 위해 프로레슬링에서나 볼 수 있는 가면을 쓰고 당구 경기를 펼쳤으나 마민캄에 2대0으로 덜미를 잡혔다. 

첫세트 초반에 먼저 8점을 따내며 멋진 경기를 펼쳐보였던 해커가 이후 1점을 추가하는데 그치며 9-15로 첫세트를 내주고 2세트에서는 10-0으로 뒤지던 상황에서 하이런 6점으로 따라붙었으나 이후 점수를 추가 하지 못한채 6-15로 져서 꿈을 이루지 못했다.

해커는 초청선수 와일드 카드로 출전하게 되어 선전하였으나 프로당구의 높은 벽을 실감하며 씁쓸한 퇴장을 하고 말았다. 정식선수는 아니지만 가면 쓴 해커의 등장으로 pba는 남다른 흥행의 덕을 보았다.<김철호기자>
